I feel extremely privileged to be a part of the AVNL WWA family and also equally honored to have been the founding member of this organization. True to its Motto, ‘We Care’, AVNL WWA is committed to the welfare and empowerment of the women and children of the employees of the Company and also of the Allied Establishments through various welfare and vocational schemes, initiatives and measures but also the larger society.

AVNL is a new corporate entity and AVNL WWA is a baby association, formed and registered only in 2022. But even in its very short existence so far, AVNL WWA has emerged as a vital support system for the employees. Happy employees make for a Happy and Performing Company. We have made sincere efforts to create an environment of caring and nurturing so as to leverage the strength of our families towards the overall positive growth of the organization. AVNLWWA symbolizes a unique bond which holds the women of AVNL together, creates the feeling of family and trust amongst the employees which leads to commitment, dedication and devotion towards the organization.

I am proud to lead a motivated and talented Team of ladies and take this opportunity to appreciate the efforts of all members who have devoted their valuable time, despite personal commitments, to lay a very strong foundation for our nascent and fledgling Association. In the last two years we have made significant strides.

Today’s launch of our own Website is another example of the untiring efforts by our members to further raise the level of this organization. But let us remember that the goals we have set are higher and the destination is afar. Let us pledge ourselves to the noble cause for which this Association stands and continue to work together for the betterment of the families and the organization.

With all humility, I pray to the Almighty to bless the entire AVNLWWA Family with happiness and prosperity
